After kneading the dough, roll it out as thin as could be. Cut it into small squares. Then, let it rest in olive oil for a while.
Mix minced meat, onion, black pepper, salt, parsley and cumin in a separated bowl. Place the mixture on dough pieces and fold them to form small bundle shapes. Fry these folded dough pieces in a pan, and pour boiled broth onto it while serving.
