Grind baby beef and lamb meat by mincing them twice, and mix them. Add salt to the mixture and knead. Then, form the mixture into long, flat kebabs that are not too thick around skewers. Place kebabs on wood coal fire, and breads as well to toast them a little. Grill tomatoes and peppers on fire for a little time. Place toasted breads on a serving dish, and cut them into square pieces. Place cooked kebabs on breads without them falling into pieces. Pour melted and boiled butter onto it, and sprinkle some sumac on the dish. Dress with grilled tomatoes and pepper, and serve with onion salad.
